Artist, writer and filmmaker Valérie Mréjen (FR) often plays with banal situations, stories or dialogues.

In 'Manufrance', the daily routine of an imaginary 70ies housewife, whose immobile character changes along with the pages of
the mail order catalogue she is taken from, is recited by a monotonous voice void of emotions.
